Lost all sense of time ...
Day 23
Haven't seen the light of day for I don't know how long. I'm guessing 23 days - can't be sure, though. They drag us into the mine before the sun is up and take us back out after it's gone down.
And it's godsdamned hard work too. They have no mercy, those bastards. If you're too weak - if you get sick or injured or lost or ... whatever, doesn't even matter, they just leave you to die.
I have to get out of here, no matter how!
Day 28
We're working our way deeper and deeper into the mountain ...
The entrance has become this huge cavity. Why would they need a mine shaft that large? Unless this isn't a mine ...
Day 67
One of the other guys tried telling me the orc priests don't have hearts. Not in a metaphorical way, he said. There's no hearts beating inside their chests. Well, just how would they be alive, then? People are going insane - don't know reality from imagination anymore. Am I surprised, though? Not even a little bit.
All I know is that the priests afraid of this sword. I saw it the other day. Magnificent thing. If I had it, I'd make short work of them ...
Day 78
I know where they keep the sword. It's inside a room in the front area of the temple - but it's being guarded by one of the priests.
It's decided, then: I'm going to escape. I'll leave this journal here. Might help somebody someday ...
