Dusty can be found in the Old Camp (Shadow).
You: Hey, I'm new here. How's it going?
Dusty: Ah, don't ask ... I've been workin' me arse off in the mines the last two weeks. And for what?
Dusty: A handful lousy nuggets. Most of which I need for food.
Dusty: That bald bloke down there, that Parvez character - he's from the Swamp Camp, and he's been tellin' me how nice it is over there.
Dusty: Maybe ... ah, I dunno.
You: I will.
Dusty: Huh. What was that saying about gift horses? Anyway. I'm ready when you are.
Dusty: Just remember the bribe, okay? We'll need a hundred nuggs at least.
You: I'm ready. Let's go to the Swamp Camp.
Dusty: We're really doin' this, are we? Okay. Let's take the south gate, though - the guys at the north gate are way too uptight, they don't take bribes.
Dusty: And you do the talkin' - I ain't good with that stuff.
You: Will do. Let's go.
You: I met Melvin in the Swamp Camp.
Dusty: You did? How's he doin'?
You: Good, I guess. He has devoted himself to the Sleeper, and he's about to become a novice.
Dusty: Huh ... not too keen on all that Sleeper business, but I reckon it beats gettin' whacked around by Bloodwyn.
You: Why not?
Dusty: Well, turns out the warders caught wind that I'm thinkin' about leggin' it ... guess I talked too much.
Dusty: Now they got their eyes on me, and it'll take a lot of nuggets to make 'em look the other way. A hundred at least ...
You: What if I give you those one hundred nuggets for the guards?
Dusty: You'd ... why?
You: Let's just say you're not the only one who wants to see your face in the Swamp Camp.
Dusty: So ... you're gonna help me get there?
You: If you don't like it here, why don't you leave?
Dusty: Cause I'm not sure what it's like over there. I had a mate here, Melvin, and he took off last week.
Dusty: I ain't heard from him since ... until I do, I'll stay here.
