He immediately aggros you when first spoken to for 'Up to His Neck'. You can kill or incapacitate Jacko, Killian, and Renyu. Loot drops: maces like Bloodfly Sting and Sting Mace, a Field Bow, lockpicks, consumables, and 30+ Ore Nuggets. Killing Jacko lets you freely unlock his chest (contains Dreamcall + 28 Ore Nuggets). Killing him does NOT affect the outcome of the Up to His Neck quest.
