Y'Berion sends you, with the novice Nyras, to recover a focus stone from the cliffs. Nyras knows the way, but getting the stone back from him afterward is another matter.

Speak to Y'Berion at the back of the temple in the Swamp Camp. He gives you a map marking where the focus stone lies and sends Nyras along to guide you.
Leave the Swamp Camp and follow the cliff on your right as the map shows, all the way to its end overlooking the ocean, where you'll find Nyras.
Nyras has already found the focus and means to keep it, so he turns on you. Beat him down and take the focus stone from his body.
Carry the focus back to Y'Berion. If you aren't yet a member of the Swamp Camp he rewards you with an amulet, then sends you on to Cor Kalom.
Take the focus to Cor Kalom in his alchemy lab in the northeast corner of the camp. He tells you he needs a stronger secretion from the minecrawler nest in the Old Mine, and you can coax five Light scrolls or five healing potions out of him.
