The Path Chosen takes you into the Orc Enclave as the chosen one, carrying the 
Ulu-Mulu that lets you walk into the Orc camp unchallenged. You meet Ur-Shak, get sent on to a shaman named Ur-Nazgrog, and take on her task to shape life from death. That means finding an 
Orc Spore, using it to revive a fallen orc, and then leading the shaman to the barrier so you can pass through. Stock up heavily, because the stretch past the barrier is brutal.
Get yourself ready before you commit to the back half of this quest.
- Plenty of healing potions.
- Strong armor.
- Good weapons.
- Food and backup supplies.
The section after the barrier is very intense, so it is worth stocking up fully before you continue.
Travel to the Orc Mountains. When you reach the right spot a cutscene plays around the Ulu-Mulu, and from then on you are recognized as the chosen one and allowed into the Orc camp.
Go through the main gate into a small arena. Before you can move on you have to fight one of the Orcs, so beat him. After the fight, turn around and look the opposite way to spot Ur-Shak waiting nearby. Speak with him.
Once you are done with Ur-Shak, go through the gate where he was standing and continue forward through the camp. You pass a fire pit on your right, then curve slightly left into a small cave area.
At the cave entrance, speak to the Orc guard first and run through his dialogue. Pick the line that suggests Ur-Nazgrog would want to see you, which is what convinces him to let you pass.
Enter the cave. The conversation can be fiddly to trigger, so move around to her left side until the talk prompt appears, then speak with her. She tells you that you must shape life from death, which is the main task for the quest.
Leave her cave and go back toward the arena where you fought the Orc. From there, drop into the temple on the left, looting items as you explore. Inside, an Orc is guarding the body of the orc you beat earlier; deal with him however you like, then keep descending. When you reach the balcony on the right, turn around and take the stairs the opposite way, heading down until you hit the very bottom of the temple. Loot as you go.
At the bottom, head out to the left. An Orc there sets you a small test: you have to fight a 
Fire Lizard and a 
Biter. Put both of them down.
After the fight, go to the right side of the area and look for an Orc body. Loot it for the Orc Spore, the item you need to shape life from death.
Head back inside the temple to the body of the orc you defeated earlier and use the Orc Spore on it. That satisfies the shape-life-from-death task.
Leave the temple and return to the arena, then head right through the gates and back across the Orc camp. Make for the large fire pit and turn slightly left into her cave. Tell her what you have done and a cutscene plays.
Next you have to lead her to the barrier in the main temple, but before you go through it, leave and restock.
- More potions.
- Better armor if you can get it.
- Any other supplies you need.
The next section is much harder than anything so far, so do not skip the resupply.
Lead the shaman to the barrier in the main temple and exhaust the dialogue and cutscenes with the Orcs there. When you are ready, approach the barrier and use the amulet to pass through. The moment you reach the other side, The Path Chosen is complete.
Across the quest you lean on three things.
