Nefarius in the New Camp wants two things out of the Temple of Innos: the book 
Magic Runes and Rituals and a relic called 
Innos' Grace. Getting to them is mostly a long vertical climb through caves, old ruins, and a snowy peak, with goblins and a 
Shadow Beast in the way. You need the climbing skill and a full pack before you set off.
There is a lot of climbing here and the enemies can swarm you, so come prepared.
- Plenty of healing potions.
- Food or other backup healing.
- Good armor.
- A weapon strong enough for goblins and the tougher enemies past them.
- The climbing ability.
You cannot take this route without the climbing skill, so learn it before you go.
Head for the Old Mine area and find the black climbing wall nearby. The climb skill is what lets you follow this route, so climb the wall to the top.
At the top, carry on through the cave. Jump up the wall inside and keep moving forward. Stay to the right and go through the large gap in the wall, then clear the enemies ahead before you push on.
At the back of the area, climb the ladder on the wooden scaffolding. At the top, look to the left for another climbing wall and climb that one too. Kill the Goblin waiting at the top.
There is another climbing wall close by. Climb it, but note that this route curves around to the left. Keep going left and around until you can climb back down. Once your feet are on the ground, turn around. You can grab the mushrooms nearby if you want them.
Drop down to the right, hug the right wall, and make the jump toward the fire. If you are not confident with the jump, there is a climbing route nearby you can use instead. Continue forward through the area.
At the next climbing section there is a path to the left, but for this quest you go right. Climb toward the light ahead and keep advancing until you reach a bridge outside, then cross it.
After the bridge, go left and climb the nearby wall. Keep working upward through more climbing sections. One of the walls curves up and to the right, so follow it around to the top. Kill the goblins there, then take the left path toward the snowy area.
Keep climbing and moving forward. Before you step into the next open area, save. A group of enemies is waiting, and it is safer to pull them out one at a time. Clear them carefully, then deal with the next batch ahead. You know you are in the right place when you spot a fallen tree. Head to the right of it into a small nook.
Go through the nook. A Shadow Beast prowls this area, so be ready for it. Kill it and loot it. Afterward, look to the right and you should see a large waterfall.
Get into the water and swim underneath the waterfall. Keep swimming through until you come out on the far side, then climb out of the water.
Past the water, continue forward into the cave. There are enemies in the next room, so go up the stairs and clear them. With the room empty, check the middle for the book Magic Runes and Rituals, one of the main quest items. Loot the nearby chest before you move on.
With the book in hand, go left to the ruined stairs. Jump up the broken steps and into the room on the right, then go up and right again, climbing the rubble stairs. Ahead is a ladder, so climb it. At the top, turn around and head left, clearing the enemies you run into.
Once the enemies are down, look on the right-hand side for a wheel and use it to open the gate nearby. Go through the gateway, then head up to the right and climb the stairs back outside.
Outside is a large dome. You can either climb over it or run around it. Either way, keep going to the snowy stairs ahead and climb them to the top.
At the top of the snowy stairs there is a body. Loot it to collect Innos' Grace, and grab the other items on it if you want them.
With both quest items in hand, travel back to the New Camp and find Nefarius. Speak with him and hand the items over to finish The Temple of Innos.
Make sure you leave with both pieces.
