A Ball Lightning rune is hidden in the cliffside ruins north of the Swamp Camp. Follow the path up the left side of the ruins to a chest watched by two zombies, which are easiest to knock off the ledge with Fist of Wind. The lock is brutal at low skill, so a lockpick solver helps, and the chest also holds a potion that boosts strength and dexterity.
Ball Lightning is sold by Cronos, Nefarius and Riordian and found in 1 chest.
