A Rain of Fire rune sits in an unlocked chest behind the waterfall, high on the snowy mountain above the Old Mine. The slopes are thick with wolves, so a Transform into
Wolf scroll lets you slip past them, and a lich guards the chest itself.
Rain of Fire is sold by Cronos.
