The Death to the Undead rune is buried in the Sunken Tower, a dangerous flooded dungeon. Dive in, gather the two Tower Stones along the way, and cast one ice, one fire and one wind spell on the magic circle to open the path to it. Bring plenty of mana potions, and Ball Lightning makes the undead inside far easier to handle.
Death to the Undead is sold by Baal Cadar and found in 1 chest.
