Fire Bolt

The Fire Mages in the Old Camp each carry a Fire Bolt rune, so the cheapest way to get one is to knock a mage out and take his. They often hold spare Fireball and Light runes worth selling too, and a potion that raises your maximum mana sits in their chamber.
