Admission to the New Camp
The New Camp is a place free of hierarchies. A gang that takes care of its members - as long as everyone's willing to pitch in. Sounds like a good thing to be part of.

The New Camp is a self-governing community of bandits and free miners who look after their own, as long as you carry your weight. You cannot already be one of 
Gomez's men or sworn to the Brotherhood. 
Mordrag sponsors you to their leader, 
Lares.
- 1Find Mordrag near the Old Camp's south gate. If you spared him during
Thorus's order, he hands you his ring to present to Lares and offers to escort you west to the New Camp. The hunter 
Drax can also guide you, or you can risk the road alone. - 2Reach the main camp in the great cavern and climb to Lares's office at the top. Show
Roscoe outside the supply list from the Old Mine, or 
Mordrag's ring, to be let in. - 3Give Lares the ring to win his trust. He extends the supply list and asks you to take it to
Diego in the Old Camp so the New Camp can ambush the shipment it describes. - 4Hand Diego the extended list, then tell Lares it's done. He sends you to
Gorn to collect your share of the loot. - 5Prove your loyalty further with Lares's other tasks: get
Baal Isidro's weed, sell it, and bring Lares 400 
ore nuggets, and help the Rice Lord with the trouble at the tavern and the missing farmer Bran. - 6With the tasks done, Lares makes you a Rogue and gives you armor, then sends you to Mordrag for work.
- 7See
Cronos above the ore mound. He gives you a Letter to the Magicians of Fire and an amulet that gets you into the Old Camp castle. Speak to Mordrag in the tavern, who sends you to investigate the Swamp Camp. - 8Take the amulet to Thorus so he lets you into the castle, then give both letters to Milten.
Torrez rewards you for the 
Fire Mages' letter and Cronos rewards you back in the New Camp for his.

Easy to Miss
- Reporting The Raid to Lares auto-joins the New Camp and permanently locks out Old Camp and Swamp Camp questlines.
- Giving the Old Mine List to Diego before Lares blocks 'Something the Matter?' and 'The Raid,' preventing New Camp completion via that route.
- Reward 50 Nuggets in Up to His Neck is lost if you report without
Bran's Axe.

How to handle Mordrag
- Let Mordrag escort you to New Camp200 XP on arrival; he gives you his ring

Tips
- Get the Out of Sight quest from Thorus before interacting with Mordrag so both progress.
- To maximize XP, kill Mordrag after he escorts you (harder, since gate guards aggro).
- Farm Nuggets by reselling
Green Novices bought from 
Baal Kagan (resets daily). - You can skip the
Jacko/
Renyu cave in Up to His Neck and go straight to Bran's body. - New Camp members are identifiable by a blue scarf.
